Due to road conditions, Fr. Don wants to stress to parishioners that they should only attempt to attend Mass if it is safe to do so.
Fr. Don will personally make every attempt to be at the church. But he does not expect people to come if conditions are unsafe.
Dispensations from the obligation to attend are in effect.
